Coach Bowe
Coach Bowe brings 7 years of dedicated experience coaching girls’ basketball, with three years in the competitive world of AAU and two in high school athletics. My approach goes beyond the court-it’s a journey of inspiration and motivation where I aim to develop not only exceptional players but also strong, confident young women.
In my coaching, I focus on building both athletic skill and personal growth, equipping players with the techniques they need to excel and the life skills that set them apart as leaders. I commit to going the extra mile for each athlete, from breaking down fundamentals to refining advanced skills, ensuring they have the confidence and resilience to shine on any stage.
I believe that basketball is a powerful platform for young girls to learn, grow, and understand the value of hard work, discipline, and teamwork. By investing in their character and athletic development, I aim to guide them in becoming remarkable players and, more importantly, inspiring women who can take on the world.

Coach Sam
Coach Sam is an experienced basketball coach with over two decades of playing and coaching expertise. A standout player at Bowie High School, coach earned 1st Team All-Defense honors and averaged 19 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists. He continued his career at Columbia Union, averaging 20 points per game over two seasons.
Coach Cabbagestalk’s coaching career began in 2003 with the Charles County Recreation Boys and Girls Club. He later became a Varsity Assistant Coach at Key High School in 2009, then served as the Head Coach for the Christian Fellowship Trumpet AAU program from 2012-2017. In 2020, he returned to high school coaching as Freshman Head Coach at Centerville High School and later served as JV Head Coach. He most recenlty was the Varsity Assistant Coach at South County High School for the 2023-2024 season.
In addition to his coaching roles, Coach Cabbagestalk founded Catch & Shoot, a basketball training program for girls focused on developing skills, character, confidence, and life lessons. Through this program, he continues to make a significant impact, shaping young athletes both on and off the court.
